Live Bold & Bright Challenge - Day 1


We hear our own thoughts far more than any words spoken to us by others. We have the power to build ourselves up or tear ourselves down with the power of our own thoughts. Think about the significance of that!


When we start our day, and our week, with positive affirmations we are pouring love and grace into our mind and heart! As soon as you start to feel a negative thought about yourself trickle in, I want you to ask yourself how you would feel if someone close to you were to say those negative words to themself? You would instantly stop them and redirect with positivity!


You need to start speaking to yourself in the same manner that you would speak to your best friend, your child, your spouse, etc! We believe what we hear, so it is critical that our minds hear true positive statements! No one is perfect, you need to accept that right now, and thankfully we don’t have to be. 


Affirmations can be general or specific to occasions. For example, when you are struggling with something new or hard, remind yourself of these truths -

everyone started as a beginner, you are learning and capable, you are driven and motivated, you don’t have the skill YET! 


Remember that you are a GIFT! You are WORTHY, you are TALENTED, you are a LIGHT! Now give yourself the pep talk that you need and go conquer your day boldly! 💗
